FAQs

Q: What's up with the levee construction at Folsom Lake? How will it impact the Salmon Falls 50K and Half Marathon courses?

A: Due to levee construction in the final mile of the original Salmon Falls course between Browns Ravine and Folsom Point, we altered our course and finish line for the 2025 race, and we'll be utilizing those same changes in 2026. Changes to note are:

  • New finish line for both distances at Browns Ravine

  • Addition of Salmon Falls Ranch trails to the 50K course

  • New half marathon start line at Sweetwater Trail parking lot
